Marco Parolo's late goal handed 10-man Lazio their first victory on the road this season at winless Hellas Verona on Sunday.
The hosts went in front in the 33rd minute when Juanito Gomez's strike hit the crossbar and Filip Helander headed the rebound past Lazio goalkeeper Federico Marchetti.
Lazio equalised in the 63rd minute when Lucas Biglia converted a penalty after Jacopo Sala had brought down Keita in the box.
The visitors lost defender Mauricio to a second yellow card on 81 minutes but still found the winner.
Four minutes from time, Parolo's free-kick towards the bottom left corner of goal beat Hellas goalkeeper Rafael.
