HARRY KANE has been urged to join a 'top club' by former Manchester City and QPR striker Rodney Marsh.
The Tottenham hitman is a target for Manchester United but the Red Devils are yet to make a move for Kane despite a lack of strikers.
He burst onto the scene last year and has hit the ground running with England and Marsh thinks it's time for Kane to move on to bigger and better things.
The former City frontman says he would like to see Kane at The Etihad in the future.
Marsh told Talksport: "He needs to go on and become the player he can be.
"He isn’t going to become that at Spurs because Spurs have now become that mediocre, second-tier team in the Premier League.
