Schalke sporting directon Horst Heldt insists the club have not received any new offers for Julian Draxler, despite reports that the midfielder has agreed terms with Juventus.
Despite having had one bid for the Germany international rejected already this transfer window, fresh reports suggest the Bianconeri have reached an agreement over personal terms with the player.
However, Heldt maintains that Draxler will not be sold and insists that there have been no new bids since they rejected Juventus' 'offensive' £10 million offer last month.
"We received an offer for Draxler, which we rejected. That's out in the open," Heldt told reporters.
"We haven't received a new offer, as has been written in the Italian media.
"We have a verbal agreement with Julian, which we made when we extended his contract in 2013, so I can't rule anything out until August 31, but we have no intention of offering discounts."
