Liverpool are looking to bring in Alexandre Lacazette

Liverpool are ready to increase their offer to sign Alexandre Lacazette, according to reports.

The Reds were linked with a move for Lyon hot shot Lacazette earlier in the summer, but the links died off following the arrival of Christian Benteke.

However, reports now suggest Liverpool are ready to grab the Frenchman before the end of the window, with the club set to bid up to £21.2million to get the transfer done.

Liverpool are thought to have seen a £17m offer rejected earlier in the summer, and this new bid could be enough to tempt Lyon into selling.
