Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has made it clear that he has no intentions to return to Arsenal.
Nasri, who moved to City from Arsenal in 2011, insists that he wants to stay at the Etihad Stadium despite mounting speculation that he may leave the club this summer.
A report on Football Insider claimed that the 28-year-old had been in contact with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger after he was told that there was no space for him in City's starting line-up.
However, Nasri took to Twitter to reject these allegations and reiterated that he is not looking to leave City.
"Never asked anyone to comeback!!" he wrote on Twitter. "Really happy where i am right now so stop with your silly story."
During the four seasons he has spent with City, Nasri has scored 16 goals in 113 Premier League appearances.
