Ramos refuses to discuss United interest

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has raised further question marks over his future after a coy response concerning interest from Manchester United.
The 29-year-old has emerged as one of United's main transfer targets this summer, with an opening bid of £28.6million rejected by Los Blancos as they seek to persuade the centre-half to prolong his stay at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Ramos is understood to want a fresh start and is open to a move to the Premier League side after a decade at Real.
When questioned over his future on Saturday by a journalist from Spanish TV channel Cuatro, Ramos simply replied: "I am not negotiating with anyone."
Ramos' non-committal response could give hope to Real boss Rafael Benitez in his attempts to convince Ramos to remain at the La Liga side, but United and Louis van Gaal are unlikely to give up hope in their pursuit.
The Spain international has two years remaining on his contract at Real, who themselves are keen to sign United keeper David De Gea this summer.
According to the Guardian, the Old Trafford outfit are unwilling to consider selling De Gea unless Ramos moves in the other direction.
