Florentino Perez wants Jose Mourinho back at Real Madrid

One of the reasons why Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants Manchester United target Sergio Ramos to leave the Bernabeu this summer is because he plans to bring Jose Mourinho back from Chelsea ‘as soon as possible’.
This is according to well-connected El Pais journalist Diego Torres, who understands Perez has the ambitious idea of bringing Mourinho back to Madrid but knows that is unlikely to happen with Ramos still at the Bernabeu.
Ramos, who wants to leave Real Madrid for Manchester United this summer, was one of the key players who fell out with Mourinho towards the end of the Portuguese coach’s three-year spell with the club in 2013.
Perez, Torres adds, also blames Iker Casillas, Pepe and Cristiano Ronaldo for Mourinho’s failure at Real Madrid. While Mesut Ozil, Gonzalo Higuain and Angel di Maria were also blamed but have since left the Spanish giants.
Torres signed off by suggesting there’s every chance that Ramos will become a Manchester United player in time for the start of the 2015-16 campaign, adding: “Ramos wants to leave. United want to sign him. Madrid want to transfer him. It would be rare that this does not end as everyone wishes.”
