Cesc Fabregas was all smiles alongside Thibaut Courtois and Filipe Luis as he joined his Chelsea team-mates for a barbecue at Cobham on Friday afternoon.

The Spaniard, who will miss Chelsea’s final game of the season against Sunderland at Stamford Bridge on Sunday after his red card at West Brom in midweek, looked in good spirits as he tucked into a burger with his team-mates.

Fabregas shared the picture above on his Instagram account and wrote: “Team barbecue!”

Fabregas had his automatic three-game ban for his sending off at The Hawthorns reduced to one game after Chelsea appealed suspension because they felt it was excessive.

That means that the 28-year-old will miss Sunday’s clash but will be available for Chelsea’s first game of next season.
