East Fife vs Stenhousemuir preview - Naysmith unable to include himself

East Fife player/manager Gary Naysmith misses out on the first meeting with League 1 Stenhousemuir due to a calf injury and Lewis Barr is an injury doubt.

Better news sees the return of Liam Smith and Stevie Campbell from knocks with Naysmith keen to stress that his side are the underdogs despite going into the game on a better run of results.

Naysmith said: "The players have been terrific in the second half of the season and rose to the occasion to get us into the play-offs. Stenhousemuir have not won in a few games however they are playing at a higher level and that makes them favourites."

Stenhousemuir have striker Martin Grehan available after a ban kept him out of Saturday's defeat from relegated Stirling Albion.

Ryan Millar is also absent with a knee problem with Warriors manager Brown Ferguson stressing to his Warriors that looking forward and not back is key to being successful.

Ferguson explained: "It does not matter anymore how we got here all that is important is that we do well in the play-offs. We have to focus on what we influence and that means putting on a good display against East Fife.

"The team that handles the 180 minutes of cup tie football will be the team that goes through."
