Benzema back in full training

As forecast by Carlo Ancelotti and the Real Madrid medical staff, Karim Benzema resumed full training on Sunday, two days ahead of the Champions League first leg against Juventus.
Benzema has shaken off the medial collateral ligament sprain in his right knee that kept him out of the La Liga clashes with Celta, Almeria and Sevilla and the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Atletico de Madrid. He sustained the problem by twisting his knee in the first leg of that tie on 14th April.
After following a bespoke training programme for the last two and a half weeks, the French forward is finally fit enough to train with his teammates again. He came through Sunday's session unscathed, being put through his paces alongside Alvaro Arbeloa, Fabio Coentrao, Nacho Fernandez, Lucas Silva, Asier Illarramendi, Jese Rodriguez and Gareth Bale.
