Fenerbache's Emmanuel Emenike is preparing to leave the club for the Premier League this summer, with Chelsea a potential destination, reports the Daily Express.
The striker demanded to be substituted during the first-half of Fenerbahce's 1-0 win against Besiktas last weekend after receiving abuse from his own supporters.
He is understood to be very unhappy with his current situation, and a source told AfricanFootball.com that he was set to move on this summer, with England his most likely destination.
Emenike has scored four goals and created 37 chances in 22 league appearances so far this season, though his chance conversion rate is a very poor 10%.
Chelsea have been linked with the 27-year-old in the past, and the Express report that they could come forward with an offer in the near future.
Emenike played in all four of Nigeria's games at the World Cup last summer, and he registered two assists. He was left out of the squad for the friendlies against Uganda and South Africa though, and the Express claim he has used the international break to visit London.
Chelsea already have three strikers in their first-team in Diego Costa, Loic Remy and Didier Drobga, while 21-year-old Patrick Bamford is currently on loan at Middlesbrough and very highly rated.
Emenike has the lowest shot accuracy of any Fenerbahce forward this season (38%).
