Diego Costa doubt for 'La Roja'

Vicente del Bosque assumes that Diego Costa won't be available for selection for the Spanish national squad, as while playing for Chelsea at Hull City, the player had to be substituted in the 75th minute when suffering severe muscular pains, and will undergo a scan in London to find out the full extent of the problem. He will almost certainly not be available for Spain's matches against the Ukraine and Holland.
According to a Chelsea spokesman, he is likely to be out for at least one week. All the same, Costa has told his club that he intends to travel to Madrid to be looked at by the Spanish team doctors. He explained that he does not want there to be any doubts about his interest in being in the squad, adding that he will only change his plans if the RFEF (Spanish National Football Federation) tells him he need not travel.
