Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere on parenting duties

Jack Wilshere may struggle to complete 90 minutes of football due to his latest fitness setback, but the Arsenal midfielder had no trouble doing the school run on Friday morning.

The 23-year-old midfielder won't feature against Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-final at Old Trafford as the England international continues to recover from ankle surgery.

The Arsenal star hasn't featured for the north London side since a 2-1 defeat by the Red Devils at Emirates Stadium in November.

However, Wilshere, who could feature against West Ham at The Emirates on 14 March, was in high spirits as he brought his daughter Delilah to school on Friday morning.

Wilshere posted on Instagram: "School run with my baby #Blessed #Ballr @bybalr"

Arsene Wenger's Arsenal side make the trip to Old Trafford on Monday night to face Manchester United in their FA Cup quarter-final.

The Gunners are looking to defending their FA Cup crown after the north London side were extra-time winners against Hull City in Wembley showpiece last season.
