Sheffield United vs Coventry preview - No new problems for Clough

Sheffield United boss Nigel Clough could be tempted to name an unchanged side against Coventry after three successive wins.

Tuesday's 2-1 success at Notts County followed victories over Colchester and Bristol City to leave the Blades 11 points behind second-placed MK Dons with two games in hand.

Goalkeeper Iain Turner is set to continue to deputise for injured number one Mark Howard, with Ryan Flynn and Michael Higdon also unlikely to recover in time for the visit of the Sky Blues.

Jose Baxter (dead leg) and Stefan Scougall (knee) are among other injury concerns for Clough as his side look to make it four in a row.

Frank Nouble and Reda Johnson are still out for Coventry with their hamstring injuries.

Andy Webster has returned to training following a shoulder injury but loanee Sanmi Odelusi is a doubt with his own hamstring problem.

Youngster Blair Turgott is expected to be in the squad after impressing boss Steven Pressley in recent weeks.

He told the club's official site: "Blair has been close to being involved in recent weeks, he's been on the bench and showed a good appetite in training. The 10-day gap has given him an opportunity to get up to speed and he's making progress. He'll be involved in the squad come the weekend."
