Coventry - Swindon preview - City squad set to swell

Coventry boss Steven Pressley could have four key men back to play Swindon on Monday.

Reda Johnson, Andy Webster, Aaron Martin, who along with Frank Nouble has signed a permanent deal with the Sky Blues, and Gary Madine could all be fit to face the Robins.

James Maddison has a slight back injury and is doubtful and Aaron Phillips is out for four weeks after suffering a relapse of his knee injury.

Josh McQuoid has returned to Bournemouth for treatment and his loan deal will not be extended, while Seb Hines is back at Middlesbrough after his injury-plagued loan spell.

Swindon will wait on captain Nathan Thompson ahead of their televised trip.

The Robins skipper has been missing with a thigh strain since their 4-1 win over Walsall on Boxing Day and he has been forced to sit out their last two matches.

But Swindon are hopeful he will recover in time after scan results revealed the injury was not as bad as feared and he could be joined in the squad by new signing Jermaine Hylton.

The 21-year-old has arrived from non-league outfit Redditch and boss Mark Cooper confirmed he is available to make his Robins bow at Coventry.
