Plymouth Argyle vs Dagenham and Redbridge preview - Skipper Nelson sidelined for Arygle

Plymouth will be without their captain Curtis Nelson when they take on Dagenham.
The Pilgrims skipper damaged his left elbow in the 3-2 win over Northampton on Saturday and while scans showed the centre-back did not suffer a fracture he is set to be sidelined for a week or two.
Fortunately for boss John Sheridan he should be able to call on fellow defender Carl McHugh who has missed the last three matches because of a calf problem.
A total of 21 points from their last 10 games has lifted Argyle into the promotion picture and they will be able to use left-back Andy Kellett over the festive period after he extended his loan stay from Bolton.
Luke Howell finally returns to the Dagenham side.
The midfielder has sat out three games due to suspension but the 27-year-old is back after missing over a whole month of action.
On-loan full-back Joe Widdowson, who arrived at the club with a knock, could make his first start after appearing as a substitute against Tranmere last time out.
The Daggers do remain without Widdowson's former West Ham team-mate Zavon Hines (knee), though.
