Colchester United 1 - 4 Rochdale - Henderson leads Dale rout

Rochdale cruised to their first away win since October after comfortably winning 4-1 at sorry Colchester.
Dale bossed the first half and took a 26th-minute lead through Matthew Lund, who scored after U's goalkeeper Sam Walker had parried away Michael Rose's free-kick.
The visitors doubled their lead three minutes later when Peter Vincenti converted after Walker had once again only pushed away Matt Done's shot from the edge of the area.
After Walker had denied Henderson, whose header struck the crossbar soon after, Rochdale went 3-0 up four minutes before half-time.
Colchester defender Kaspars Gorkss tripped Stephen Dawson in the area and the impressive Henderson scored from the spot.
Gavin Massey gave Colchester hope when he fired in a low shot from 25 yards less than five minutes after coming on as a half-time substitute.
But Rochdale restored their three-goal advantage six minutes later through Jack O'Connell, who headed in at the far post.
Henderson once again hit the crossbar before the end as Rochdale ran out easy winners.
