ARSENAL are interested in a move for Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez while the Red Devils have been linked with Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva. Elsewhere, Liverpool have signed an 11-year-old who has drawn comparisons to Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.

Arsenal are weighing up an end of season move for Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez.

The Mexican is currently on loan at Real Madrid but he is unlikely to be offered a permanent contract by the Spanish club.

Liverpool are also monitoring Hernandez's situation.

United are set to go war with the Gunners and Real Madrid for Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva.

The starlet is valued at £12m by Cruzerio but he looks set to leave as he only has six months left on his contract.

Silva, 21, has been strongly linked with the Spanish giants but the Red Devils and Arsenal are both desperate to strengthen their midfield options.

Liverpool have beaten off competition from a host of Premier League rivals to an Irish youngster, who has been dubbed 'the next Lionel Messi'.

Zak Gilsenan, who is just 11, was born in Ireland, grew up in Australia but has spent the last two years at Barcelona honing his incredible talent.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, United and Tottenham were all interested but the Gilsenan family have decided their son should continue his development at Liverpool.

German giants Bayern Munich are not in negotiations to sign Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and United have all been linked with the 25-year-old but FIFA agent Dirk Hebel has dismissed the reports suggesting Bayern are in pole position.

Speaking to Kicker, Hebel said: "There are no negotiations between Marco and Bayern."
