Barnsley vs Notts County preview - Bailey banned for Barnsley

Barnsley will be without suspended midfielder James Bailey for their home game against Notts County.

Bailey was sent off for two yellow-card offences in Saturday's defeat at Peterborough and sits out a one-game ban so Paul Digby could be in contention for his first start of the season.

Dale Jennings has missed the last four games due to an ankle injury, but could be included in the squad after coming through unscathed for the reserves on Monday.

Fellow winger Rhys Williams is poised to make his fourth appearance for the club since arriving on loan from Fulham, while striker Kane Hemmings and defender Reece Brown are pushing for recalls.

Notts County have no new problems as they look to extend their unbeaten run to 10 matches in all competitions.

Midfielder Alan Smith and full-back Blair Adams will come back into contention, having not been involved in Saturday's 5-3 home win over Crawley.

Michael Petrasso made his debut for the Magpies as a second-half substitute against the Red Devils and the on-loan QPR winger will be hoping to force his way into the starting line-up at Oakwell.

Jake Cassidy has a toe injury and is a doubt along with club captain Hayden Mullins who is still nursing an injury.
