The charge of the White Brigade

Real Madrid will take to the Bernabéu pitch next week in 'El Clásico' in a rich vein of form after five straight league victories in which they have amassed a staggering 25 goals.
The last five came against a Levante side that never truly tested the European champions, who are going from strength to strength with each passing game.
Ancelotti rested Bale, which allowed him to offer Isco his chance, and the Spaniard responded with one of the outstanding performances of the day alongside Modric and James Rodríguez. All three were well-protected by Kroos and tortured a Levante defence that was repeatedly torn to shreds.
If Mendilibar's Levante is different from Caparrós', this Real Madrid seem considerably more efficient than the one that clinched a victory right at the death in the corresponding fixture last season. That is the very idea that Ancelotti has set forth over the last few days. They are better, but so are Barça. 'El Clásico' promises to be nothing short of spectacular and will be the perfect moment to see exactly how far Real Madrid have come and can go as the season progresses.
Ancelotti's troops were able to take their foot off the gas early on and not overexert themselves against a side with little attacking threat and a pitiful single shot on target in the whole encounter.
With crucial clashes against Liverpool and Barcelona around the corner, the aim for 'Los Blancos' was to get the job done efficiently. Mission accomplished, the White Brigade charges forth.
