Crazytown! PSG’s Edinson Cavani booked for sniper celebration, then sent off for touching ref!

Edinson Cavani had been going through a bit of a dry patch in front of goal until tonight’s trip to Lens.

The PSG striker scored his third goal of the season to make it 3-1, and what followed next stark raving bonkers.

First, the Uruguyan was booked for his sniper celebration, in which he mimicked firing a bullet into the crowd (that is a pretty idiotic celebration, just sayin’).

He couldn’t believe he’d been booked for celebrating the same way he does every time he scores (during his time at PSG anyway), so went to protest to the ref, asking ‘what gives?!’

He must have touched the ref in his ‘special area’, cos he didn’t appreciate the tactile gesture one bit, and booked Cavani for laying a hand on him.

Sent off in one fell swoop, without even committing a foul, crazytown!
