Rochdale vs Walsall preview - No new problems for Dale

Rochdale manager Keith Hill goes into the clash against Walsall at Spotland with no new injury worries.

Josh Lillis (ankle), Matthew Lund (shoulder) and Jack Muldoon (groin) are all still out as Dale - who have won three of their five away games in all competitions - chase their first home win of the campaign.

Dale fell to a narrow defeat to Sheffield United at the weekend and Hill is expecting another tough examination against the Saddlers.

He told the club's website: "We're looking forward to it but every game represents a different challenge. I think Walsall are an excellent side. It's going to be a difficult task."

Walsall will assess top scorer Tom Bradshaw ahead of the trip after he came off in the win over Preston with a tight hamstring.

The four-goal striker scored in the 3-1 victory as the Saddlers grabbed their first win of the Sky Bet League One campaign.

Adam Chambers (hamstring) is also a doubt and twin brother James is out with his own hamstring problem.

Midfielder Sam Mantom (knee), defender Ben Purkiss and winger Jordan Cook (both ankle) are sidelined but Ashley Grimes is back after a calf injury.
