Reading's injury problems are slowly clearing up ahead of the visit of Millwall.

Forwards Nick Blackman and Pavel Pogrebnyak returned from recent lay-offs to appear as substitutes in Saturday's 3-0 win over Fulham, and midfielder Danny Guthrie is edging closer to fitness following a calf injury.

Full-back Stephen Kelly and winger Hal Robson-Kanu (both knee) are also back in training but Shaun Cummings, Danny Williams, Jem Karacan (all knee), Garath McCleary (back) and Anton Ferdinand (hamstring) are still out.

Crystal Palace loanee Glenn Murray starts in attack again after his two-goal debut at the weekend.

Millwall have lost winger Lee Martin to a knee ligament injury suffered in training which could keep him out until November.

Striker Lee Gregory has also been ruled out of the trip to the Madejski Stadium due to a hip injury and joins midfielder Nicky Bailey (calf) and young defender Sid Nelson (foot) on the sidelines.

Boss Ian Holloway could make changes after a disappointing 2-0 defeat at Ipswich on Saturday and has winger Angel Martinez available following his recent free transfer to The Den.

Midfielder Ed Upson made his first appearance of the season as a substitute at the weekend after a hamstring injury and should be involved again.
