LIVID: Kelly Brook spilled the beans on their five-year relationship

She has left him livid after spilling the beans about their five-year relationship.

Now Danny, 26, is taking legal action against the 34-year-old model but Kelly said she could not care less.

She told Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw, 30: “Danny Cipriani is blowing up my phone now, saying: ‘I’m going to sue you.’”

And she added that she had told him: “Oh my God go for it.”

She laughed as she revealed that he had asked to see it before it was published.

Kelly “forgot” to send him a copy in case he tried to get it banned.BROOK what you've done! Rugby ace Danny to sue Kelly over cheating claims

She said: “They take out injunctions, these Premiership players, so I thought if I send it to Danny he might do that. I would rather be sued than have an injunction. I would rather get my voice out there and then go to jail.”

The babe wrote in her autobiography Close Up about Danny cheating on her and says she has no regrets over writing about him or other ex-boyfriends, including Jason Statham, 47, and Thom Evans, 29.

She said: “Everyone in there is pretty fair game. They knew I was doing a book. They asked me to send it to them so I said: ‘Yeah yeah’ and I forgot.”

Kelly, who is now engaged to David McIntosh, 28, also admitted she gets redfaced when she goes to the gym with the CBB star because of his extra-loud grunting.

Regarding her book, which is out tomorrow, she added: “I could’ve wrote it from the perspective of my boobs… that would be quite interesting.
