LIVERPOOL and Arsenal are plotting stunning moves to sign AC Milan star Mario Balotelli.
IN DEMAND: Mario Balotelli is on Arsenal and Liverpool's radar
Brendan Rodgers will go in for the striker if Luis Suarez leaves for Real Madrid, according to reports in the Daily Mail.
The Spanish giants need to sign a frontman and could make a £100m mega bid that would smash the transfer record.
Suarez insists he's staying put and the Reds don't want to sell.
However, it's understood plans are being made if the worst happens and Suarez leaves.
SUPER MARIO: Balotelli is in demand
Balotelli is fed up with life in Italy, where he has been the victim of racist taunts.
Arsenal want Karim Benzema and have lined him up as their No.1 target.
But Balotelli, who enjoyed a spell in the Premier League with Manchester City, remains a back-up option if a move for Benzema falls through.
