CHELSEA star Eden Hazard has agreed with Jose Mourinho's public criticism of him last season.
I NEED TO WORK HARDER: Chelsea ace Eden Hazard has admitted that he needs to work harder
Hazard, 23, was Chelsea's top goal scorer last season with 17 goals, but despite his impressive season Mourinho was still critical of his overall game.
The Special One has not been pleased with the Belgian's failure to track back and help out his team-mates.
The Chelsea boss highlighted this after their Champions League semi-final defeat to Atletico Madrid last month.
Mourinho said: "Eden is the kind of player that is not so mentally ready to look back to his left-back and to leave his life for him."
"If you see the first goal of Atletico you completely understand where the mistake was and why we conceded that goal."

Hazard has agreed with Mourinho's harsh assessment and believes that he does need to work harder for the team.
The Belgian international said: 'I know maybe I have to do better in training or on the pitch.
"I want to score more and help the team score more goals and next season I hope we can be better."
"I try to play like I did when I was a young boy playing in my garden."
"Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not so good but I try to always make sure I give my best to help the team, even if I am not having the best game myself."
"When you are young, you sometimes play one good game and then one bad game. This season I was able to be more consistent which is good for me."
