Tim Sherwood could be offered an immediate route back into management if he parts company with Tottenham this summer - by Swindon.

Sherwood is widely expected to make way for Louis van Gaal when the ex-Barcelona coach quits his job as Holland boss after the World Cup.
And Starsport understands Swindon chairman Lee Power, who is a close friend of Sherwood, wants his pal to join him at the Wiltshire club.
It would be a huge step down for Sherwood, who was surprisingly given his first job as a coach by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy in December, following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.
Sherwood has close links with Power, the former Norwich forward who previously spent time on the boards of Cambridge and Rushden & Diamonds.
It was Sherwood’s friendship with Power that led to five Spurs players being sent on loan to the League One club last season - the maximum allowed under Football League regulations.
The Robins’ current manager is Mark Cooper.
But it is understood Power is keen on the idea of employing Sherwood along with his assistants Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey, who made 122 appearances for Swindon between 1984-7.
Sherwood laid into his players on Saturday following their 4-0 drubbing at Chelsea.
He described them as gutless and also had a dig at Levy for failing to back him publicly, while speculation mounts over his long-term future.
