Liverpool's 2-1 loss to Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round made for a frustrating day from their perspective. After Arsenal built up a 2-0 lead by the 47th minute, Liverpool got back in the match with a Steven Gerrard penalty in the 59th minute.

Their comeback attempt was impact by a much criticized performance by referee Howard Webb, though. Their second penalty shout was denied, but Webb also refused to send Gerrard off for a second bookable offense.

As Liverpool fought to score an equalizer and stay alive in the competition, they all could have easily let their emotions get the best of them. Especially when Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianksi just happened to have an untied shoelace as injury time began. But instead of accusing Fabianski of time wasting and starting a fight over the matter, Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge did what Fabianksi would've taken his time doing and tied the shoe for him.

The match was then able to quickly continue and though Liverpool still lost, Sturridge probably gained a few more fans for handling the situation the way he did.
