No Dortmund move for De Bruyne, says Klopp

Jurgen Klopp feels that his Dortmund side are a complete unit and he would not consider a move for Chelsea starlet Kevin De Bruyne in the January window

De Bruyne is currently facing stiff competition as the Blues have a wealth of midfield talent in the likes of Juan Mata, Oscar, Andre Schurrle, Willian and Eden Hazard.

Mata has only recently emerged into the spotlight with an assist that ensured a 1-1 draw against Tottenham. De Bruyne, for his part, has only played in two Premier League matches and could find a hard time breaking into the first-team setup.

Recently, he has been linked with loan moves to several Bundesliga sides with Werder Bremen already announcing their desire to bring the player back to Germany in January.

Klopp, however, does not wish to add the player to his list of targets as he is happy with the signings procured in the summer. Dortmund have signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sokratis Papastathopoulos although they're still reeling from the sale of Mario Gotze to Bayern Munich and slumped to a 2-0 loss at Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday.

"We have signed great players over the summer," Klopp told Deutsche Presseagentur. "We have a squad we are very happy with."

"He [De Bruyne] is actually not one we are after. He is at Chelsea, and given the size and quality of the Chelsea first-team squad, it's quite usual he may sometimes miss out on one or two matches."

Dortmund also received troubling news on the injury front recently as Ilkay Gundogan has been ruled out for the rest of the year.
