Stenhousemuir vs Ayr Utd. preview - Corrigan without pair

Stenhousemuir have Eddie Malone and Ross Smith available for the visit of Ayr after they missed out on the Ramsdens Cup win over Dundee last Saturday due to suspension.
A knee injury keeps David Rowson out with Ross Brash absent due to a hamstring problem and Bryan Hodge not yet available following his ankle complaint.
Manager Martyn Corrigan said: "Ayr are one of the favourites for promotion and we are fortunate that all the pressure is on them to win.
"We need to be on top form to win but we showed at Dundee what we can do. It would be great to do that in the league."
The Honest Men are down to 14 players for the trip with Gordon Pope and Alan Forrest suspended and Martyn Campbell ruled out with a calf problem.
Their numbers could go down further as Jackson Longridge faces a fitness test with player/ manager Mark Roberts set for a starting role to help out.
Roberts said: We may be short of players but this squad is very strong in spirit. Stenhousemuir had a great result at Dundee and will fancy their chances as we are light on numbers but we will give it a real go.
"We are disappointed to only have eight points so far and are looking to change that."
