Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has backed Mesut Ozil to become aPremier League star at Arsenal.
The Germany international moved to Arsene Wenger's side in a 47 million euro deal on transfer deadline day and is poised to make his debut against Sunderland on Saturday.
Fabregas, who left Arsenal for Barcelona in Aug. 2011, believes Ozil will flourish in the English top flight and says the 24-year-old will punish teams if he isn't put under pressure.
When asked about Ozil's switch to Arsenal, Fabregas told Al Primer Toque: "Spectacular. His style is nailed on for Arsenal.
"It's a league with a lot more spaces and he is a player that, with [such] spaces, can kill you. We have seen it with Real Madrid. He has a brilliant final ball and in the Premier he will enjoy it a lot."
