Isco: "I'm surprised about Ozil"

Isco was clearly puzzled by Real player Mesut Özil's leaving: "The truth is that I'm surprised about Özil, and even more so after he said last week that he would be staying. We all know Özil – he's got a lot of quality, a player that can really turn a game round."
The man from Malaga smiled when he was asked about Bale, his club's latest star-signing: "It was about time that Bale came, because the press was going on day after day about it, and now at last he has signed".
The Real attacking midfielder was content at how things are going for him: "I'm happy with the trust that the gaffer and my teammates have put in me these first few games".
He side-stepped the issue regarding the Spain goalmouth: "Iker is my teammate, and Del Bosque the man who decides."
