Gunners want a bit of Skrt

ARSENAL are considering a £12million move for out-of-favour defender Martin Skrtel.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a long-time admirer of the Liverpool centre-back.
The 6ft 4in Slovak agreed an extension to his Reds’ contract at the end of the 2011-12 campaign when he was crowned fans’ Player of the Year.
But after what he described as the worst season of his Kop career the 28-year-old is ready to quit Anfield and would jump at the chance of Champions League football.
Skrtel’s current Liverpool deal still has three years to run.
Flop left-back ANDRE SANTOS, 30, is heading back to Arsenal after being priced out of a permanent move to Gremio.
