SERGIO AGUERO is used to showing Premier League defenders a clean pair of heels.

Now the Man City hitman has proved he’s no slouch on a set of WHEELS either.

The Argentina star enjoyed the fast track to success at Donington Park with Mercedes Formula One ace Nico Rosberg as his driving instructor for the day.

Aguero won the chance to bomb around the Leicestershire circuit by posting the fastest time on an F1 simulator as part of the Puma Race Off challenge for sporting celebrities.

Rosberg had set a time of 1min 21.05sec for a simulated lap around the legendary F1 venue of Monza and was stunned to see Aguero clock 1min 22.58sec in reply.

The German pedaller was just as impressed with Aguero’s ability to handle the real thing.

Rosberg said: “Sergio sure has some talent to drive a racing car. Maybe there’s even some similarities in the sports.

“With soccer there’s some foot-eye co-ordination and I’m sure that’s similar genes to what you need to be a successful racing driver.

“But I didn’t want him getting too cocky so I enjoyed showing him what I could do in the Mercedes AMG DTM car.

“Now he knows what real racing is all about.”
