Man United given green light in pursuit of PSV star

Manchester United have been given the green light to move for Kevin Strootman in the summer after the player's agent revealed: give us a call in May.
Sir Alex Ferguson is a keen admirer of the Dutchman and was linked with a £15m move for the midfielder back in the transfer window.
United's lack of a sturdy midfield presence is well documented, hence the interest in the PSV star, and Ferguson is monitoring the Dutchman once again.
AC Milan are also keen on the 22-year-old and they have been linked with a January move for him, although as talkSPORT recently revealed, he is likely to remain in the Eredivisie for the duration of the season.
However, beyond that his future is uncertain and agent Chiel Dekker believes a switch could be possible next summer.
"My client could leave in January? Absolutely not. There's nothing in that," he told Calciomercato in Italy.
"We are only in October - the only thing I can say is to call me back in May."
