Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers could look to bolster his attack with a move for Galatasaray hitman Burak Yilmaz.
Yilmaz was reportedly the subject of interest from West Ham and Tottenham while at previous club Trabzonspor last season, but he instead opted to join Turkish champions Galatasaray.
The 27-year-old, who scored 33 goals last term, has enjoyed a flying start to life at his new club, having bagged five goals in six league appearances.
His exploits in front of goal are thought to have caught the eye of Rodgers, who is desperate to add a prolific poacher to his misfiring side.
And the Liverpool manager is now considering a swoop for Yilmaz, who is valued at around £13million.
