Montpellier 1 Arsenal 2: Goals from Podolski and Gervinho earn Gunners battling win

In good form: Gervinho scores his third goal in two games
Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone, starting due to Wojciech Szczesny’s ankle injury, could do nothing as Belhanda chipped home the most nonchalant of penalties.
It was so casual it was almost dismissive, but it served only to spark Arsenal into action. There was not panic but real conviction in their response — and two beautifully crafted goals within two minutes.
The first in particular showed Arsenal at their free-flowing best. The architect was Cazorla, whose balance and vision played in Giroud, who prodded the ball on for Podolski to provide the clinical finish, his third goal in an Arsenal shirt.
