Pato agent rules out PSG move

The agent of AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato has insisted his client will not be leaving the Serie A outfit this summer.
Pato came extremely close to leaving the San Siro in January when ambitious French side Paris St-Germain reportedly had a bid for the Brazilian accepted.
And while the transfer failed to materialise, the Brazil international continues to be linked with a move to the Parc des Princes, especially following PSG's capture of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva from Milan.
Nonetheless, his agent Gilmar Veloz has moved to quash these rumours by insisting his client is staying with the Rossoneri.
"He could have joined PSG in January, but that didn't happen in the end and it is something of the past now," Veloz told Tuttomercatoweb.com. "He will remain at Milan and is happy to stay at the club.
"Alexandre has a contract until June 2014 and is still a Milan player. He still has two more years left on his deal, so there's no reason to talk about an extension yet."
Veloz also insisted the 22-year-old is currently focused on doing well with Brazil at the London Olympics, before returning to Italy to play a key role for Milan in the coming season.
"He's very calm," the agent added. "He's focusing on the Olympics now and then will return to Milan where he will become a key player again."
Pato moved to the San Siro from Internacional back in 2007 and has scored 61 goals in 142 appearances for the club in all competition.
