Steven Pienaar is close to finalising a £5m return to former club Everton.
Chairman Bill Kenwright has been locked in talks with Tottenham over a permanent move for the South Africa playmaker, who spent the back-end of last season on loan at Goodison Park.

Both clubs are confident a deal will be completed by the start of next week.
The 30-year-old’s departure is likely to be the first of many at White Hart Lane this summer, with Jermaine Jenas, William Gallas, Giovani Dos Santos and Heurelho Gomes all available for transfer.
Manager Andre Villas-Boas has rejected an opportunity to sign Atletico Madrid striker Adrian Lopez who is valued at £16million while Paris St Germain are monitoring negotiations with Real Madrid for Luka Modric.
