Berlusconi to have final say on Thiago Silva's move to PSG

The transfer of Thiago Silva from AC Milan to Paris Saint-Germain is not a done deal yet, as club president Silvio Berlusconi will have the final say on whether the Brazil international is to be sold.
Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani returned to Italy Wednesday afternoon after spending the day in Paris to negotiate a transfer fee with PSG, and both sides are close to reaching an agreement.
Nevertheless, it is now up to Berlusconi to make a final decision on the potential transfer.
The former Italy Prime Minister previously vetoed the potential moves of Kaka to Manchester City and Alexandre Pato to Paris Saint-Germain.
However, it seems unlikely that he will decide to keep the 27-year-old at San Siro, due to the increasingly bleak financial problems at the club.
"Our financial situation is bad, there is nothing I can do about Thiago," he is quoted by La Stampa as saying. "I have been offered €46 million."
Galliani and Berlusconi are expected to meet in the upcoming hours to discuss the matter and reach a final decision.
