Igor Stimac: New Croatia coach
Croatia have wasted little time in finding Slaven Bilic's replacement as national coach, confirming Igor Stimac will take the role after Euro 2012.
Bilic will guide the Croats into Poland and Ukraine, but he has already agreed a deal to take charge of Lokomotiv Moscow in the summer.
Croatia have now made major changes with Stimac confirmed as coach and Davor Suker taking over as their FA's new president.
"I'm really happy that Vlatko Markovic [former president] has opened new opportunities in Croatian football when he decided to leave his presidential role," Stimac told Slobodna Dalmacija.
"I'm also happy to be here, that I will be next national team coach.
"I'm looking forward to working with Davor Suker. But let's be quiet about the plans, now we all have to support our team, who have just started preparations for Euro 2012."
