Rock-bottom Cesena host Serie A leaders Juventus knowing a defeat will see them relegated to Serie B.
The Cavallucci Marini lie 14 points adrift of safety with five games left to play.
Mario Beretta's men have won just four games this season and could not have asked for a worse possible opponent than unbeaten Juventus.
The Turin giants go into the encounter at the Dino Manuzzi stadium on the back of Sunday's 4-0 triumph over Roma - their sixth straight victory - that saw them climb three points clear of AC Milan.
"I saw Juve's victory over Roma and they are a fantastic side, with great mental and physical strength," Beretta said.
"They have yet to lose this season and that really says it all about Antonio Conte's side.
"We will have to give our best performance and hope that Juventus are not 100% because otherwise we will struggle."
Cesena have not won since January 15 and last weekend's 2-2 draw against Palermo was their fifth straight draw.
The hosts have the worst striking force in the competition with only 21 goals scored in 33 games and to complicate matters for Beretta, former Juventus strikers Vincenzo Iaquinta and Adrian Mutu are both out injured.
Unfortunately for the hosts, they face the best backline in Serie A with Juve having given away just 18 goals so far.
"All we can do is try," Beretta said. "It's going to be very tough but we will go out for the win as we always do.
"We are giving our best even if our position in the standings suggests otherwise, but unfortunately we are not winning."
The home side is without defender Steve Von Bergen, who must serve a one-match ban.
Conte will have all of his players available with the exception of suspended striker Fabio Quagliarella.
