The 31-year-old reality TV star was seen leaving celebrity favourite Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills last night wearing a sexy secretary outfit of a pussybow shirt teamed with a leather pleated miniskirt.
Kim teamed the outfit with a pair of vertiginous black heels and a snakeskin clutch, leaving her glossy brown hair loose around her shoulders.
