Arsenal will make an offer for £5m-rated Malaga attacking midfielder.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants the 19-year-old as part of his summer rebuilding plans.
Wenger is rethinking his approach at the Emirates in the wake of the humiliating 4-0 defeat by AC Milan in midweek.
And that will mean a summer delve into the transfer market to bolster his squad.
Another target will be Sunderland star Stephane Sessegnon.
Sessegnon, 27, has impressed boss Martin O’Neill, who has described him as 'essential' to his plans at the Stadium of Light .
The Benin ace has scored nine goals in nearly 40 games for the Black Cats since a £6million switch from Paris Saint-Germain.
His arrival could prompt the sale of underachieving England winger Theo Walcott, 22.
