City to stump up £25m Bil for Javi

MANCHESTER CITY are eyeing up Atletico Bilbao's central defender Javi Martinez.

The 23-year-old Spanish international is valued at around £25million but he comes recommended by City midfielder David Silva.

But a Bilbao club source said: "We don't want Javi to go — only an incredible offer could change our minds."
