Smalling gives it large to City

CHRIS SMALLING last night taunted Manchester City, claiming they will crumble as United pile on Premier League pressure.
The giant defender was still buoyant over United's Arsenal triumph which kept the champions just three points behind leaders City.
Smalling, 22, said: "We can't keep relying on them to drop points. Soon enough, if we keep ticking off these wins, then they'll crumble."
His team-mate Nani is a major doubt for Saturday's FA Cup crunch against old foes Liverpool. The winger hobbled off in the 2-1 win at Arsenal because of an ankle injury.
Phil Jones also limped off in the first half but early indications are that his ankle problem is not as bad as first thought.
