"And I didn't have the balls to tell him, I hold my hands up. Its one of my biggest regrets, I wish I'd have told him myself and I think that's what hurts him the most the fact that he found out with everybody else."

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate said: "When I look back on it now, I think, 'Oh my God, what the hell was I doing?' But at the time it was just a way of life; it'd been going on for so long and it sounds ridiculous, but I wasn't the only person involved."

The brunette said that both Rhodri and herself had suffered a backlash after speaking out.

Natasha — who revealed she wasn't friends with Stacey after only meeting four times — said she didn't "expect sympathy" but hoped to show the public that she had "always held my hands up, I've always said it was the biggest mistake of my life".

She told the ITV show: "I think in an ideal world, we will be together, and we will be a family again. It's a massive, massive thing to get over and whether we will or we wont, I don't know."

Natasha also told how Rhodri's family "are no longer part of my life and never will be, that's been made pretty clear on both sides".

When asked about her flirting with former TOWIE star Kirk Norcross in the Celebrity Big Brother house, she said: "At the end of the day, I'm just going to be myself, I'm not going to change for anybody — what I did was wrong, and I will certainly never ever go there again. But I regret what I did and I'm sorry for what I did. But it was harmless flirting."

And despite a public spat with glamour model Imogen Thomas on Twitter, she said she had "absolutely no problem with her".
