Quit threat Samba in training snub

CHRIS SAMBA'S future at Blackburn was plunged into doubt yesterday when he failed to show for training.
The £12million-rated centre-half rocked Rovers on Thursday by telling a French newspaper he wanted to leave.
Boss Steve Kean was due to hold talks with the Spurs and QPR target to see if he was in the right frame of mind to play against Fulham today.
But Congo star Samba, 27, rang in sick as the rest of the squad went through their paces.
And it now puts a major question mark over whether he will be involved in a crunch game for the rock-bottom club.
Samba made it clear promises made when he signed a new deal last February had not been fulfilled by owners Venky's.
He believes a £6.5m offer from QPR earlier this month should have been good enough to persuade Rovers to sell.
Samba has also made it clear he would welcome a return to France with moneybags Paris St Germain interested.
Yet on Thursday Kean was adamant his captain was not for sale — although fans fear his hand will be forced by Venky's.
