Kean faces showdown

HEADACHE ... Steve Kean
Rovers lost 2-0 at Cardiff last night as fans again called for the head of the manager, who sacrificed their chances of a Carling Cup semi-final by fielding a weakened team.
But a defiant Kean said: "We all want the same thing — to win games.
"We all have to put this behind us and be united."
Kean opted to leave out several star names, including talismanic defender Christopher Samba, so they will be fresh for Saturday's crucial Premier League clash with Swansea at Ewood Park.
He was taunted by Rovers fans chanting 'You're getting sacked in the morning'.
Kean said: "We forfeited our chance in this competition to get to a cup final — and now we must treat Swansea City like a cup final on Saturday.
"That game really has to kick-start our season. It's massive for us.
"With the magnitude of that game, I made changes and decided to leave Chris Samba, Martin Olsson and Michel Salgado at home."
