Beckham: Harry for England
HOPE ... David Beckham still has ambitions to be part of Fabio Capello's Euro 2012 squad

He added: "Fabio asked me to be part of the staff. It felt weird, sitting on a different table to the players. I enjoyed it, being involved, but would I do it again? I don't know."
Beckham also has sympathy for Wayne Rooney, who will be suspended for all of England's three group games.

He said: "I feel for Wayne. I have done similar things. I have done it once or twice. It would be unfortunate yet Wayne is such a great talent and I believe he should be taken.

"He will miss three games and hopefully it will be two if we win an appeal. If we do progress, we'll need Wayne Rooney in that team."

Despite walking with a heavy limp due to a hamstring injury, Beckham was in a relaxed mood as he spoke to Sunsport in downtown Los Angeles at the offices of AEG, the company which owns Galaxy.

He was still on high after winning the MLS Cup final on Sunday — his first honour in five years in the United States.

He said: "It was great to have my family over here — including mum and dad. We had a great player party afterwards and we had a sing-a-long with the team.

"Have you heard me sing? I'm not bad. Robbie Keane is even better, though."

Beckham, preparing for a three-match tour of the Far East and Australia, will make an announcement on his future next month.

He added: "Every offer is temping. I take every option seriously. Do my family want to live in Paris? Who wouldn't want to live in Paris?

"But who wouldn't want to live in LA? It's a great place to live."
